Hey! I’m Tori, but everyone calls me T.
I’m the Owner and Lead Planner here at Mina Event Agency. When I’m not working on your big day, I’m probably watching an A24 movie or trying to figure out the next time Khalid will be in town.
I’m a professionally trained event planner and coordinator with 8 years of experience. My background is in high-end NYC corporate event planning - I’ve planned and executed hundreds of corporate and social events for a leading global trading firm, working with some of the best of the best in the industry in one of the coolest cities in the world.
When I started MEA I wanted to use my high-end training and experience to create events that are fun, different, light hearted, and truly meaningful. I aspire to create lasting memories for families and friends to share long after the day is over. I pull inspiration from you, your story and add in hospitable touches and non-traditional ideas.
Creating events that are impactful, unique, deeply personal, and elegant lights me up - I love the high energy, high stakes, and high emotion. I truly believe humans coming together to celebrate one another is what life is all about. When you put your trust in me, you can rely on me to approach your celebration with intention, creativity, and care - I hold so much honor and respect for each client that trusts me with their most important moments.

Mina Event Agency is a Colorado and New Mexico based event management company specializing in planning and coordinating inclusive and intimate weddings, elopements and small business celebrations, owned and operated by your lead planner - Tori. I have all the tools and knowledge to navigate you through the wedding planning process.
Your event is a story - and it deserves to be celebrated in as one. I aim to deliver seamless, personalized celebrations that showcase your individual and unique personality by handling every aspect of event planning—from concept to execution, drawing inspiration from who you are; your story. I don’t believe in “must haves”, “should haves” or following a stereotypical copy and paste check list.
As your planner, my goal is to advocate for you, and create an elevated experience that showcases your story, and have some fun along the way.

My background in high-end, New York City corporate event planning, has set my expectations, and standards for success very high. But, I like to have fun along the way.
MEA is grounded in the concept of approachable luxury. I aim to remove the feelings of pretension, and formality that come along with traditional luxury. Together we’ll curate an event that is high-end, with excellent hospitality, that feels warm, impactful, and elegant without taking ourselves too seriously.
Lets grab mimosas between venue tours, book a monthly coffee date together, and laugh when we feel like crying.

Designed for lovebirds that have a vision for the big day, but might not know where to start, or don’t have the time (or energy) to plan a wedding.
PARTIAL PLANNING
Designed for the DIY couple that wants a big hand in their special day, but needs some support here and there. We’ll review what you need support in and split the difference.
60 DAY EVENT MANAGEMENT
Designed for the couple that already has that event planning muscle and knows how to use it. But, they want someone to take care of them in those final 2 months so they can spend the final weeks leading up to the big day, and the day-of, relaxed and stress free.
ELOPEMENTS + MICRO WEDDINGS
Designed for the couples that don’t want a big shin-dig but still want a well thought-out, artfully curated, and intimate celebration with their closest peeps or just the two of them.

Due to my previous employers intellectual property agreement, and request for privacy, I’m not able to publicly share photos and videos of my past work (huge bummer. I know.) I want to be as transparent and up front about this as possible, and respect the boundaries in place.
I do have reviews from past clients that speak to my work, skills, and level of expertise, and I would love to talk you through my previous work in our consult.

I do recommend having a general budget and guest list range you want to stay within! It doesn’t have to be set in stone, but it helps me establish if my services are a good fit for you, and your specific needs.

The short answer: Nope! Transparency is really important to me and I don’t want you jumping through hoops to figure out how much things cost around here. Prices can be found on the Wedding Collections + Small Business Collections pages.
However a consultation is the first step in my booking process. We’ll catch up and I’ll give you the low down on all the important details regarding my services so you can make an informed decision on who your planner should be.

The sooner the better! As soon as you feel like you need support, hit my line!
I have several packages to choose from that fit a variety of needs. If you’re looking for a planner from start to finish, I recommend 1 year+ out from you event date.
But, everyones needs are different. I totally understand not everyone has the luxury of time when planning their big day, and they also deserve a planner that can support them through that. I’m happy to chat through the finer details with couples that are looking for more speedy service in a consultation to see what I can do for you.

I don’t offer the traditional day of coordination service you might have seen elsewhere. But, I do offer 60 Day Event Management! This gives me more time to really get to know you and your wedding logistics so I can effectively coordinate the wedding you’ve worked so hard to plan!

I required a 50% deposit at time of booking to reserve your date with me. The remaining balance is due in 2 separate installments with the final installment due 4 weeks before your date.
